Pre-Order Status
All of our products are offered on a pre-order basis, ensuring that every piece is produced with care and quality. As a small business operated by a team of two, we currently don’t have the capacity to order large amounts of inventory ahead of time. This approach allows us to focus on craftsmanship, precision, and sustainable production.
We also carry a limited selection of hand-made products that are ready to ship, offering quicker delivery for certain items.
Below is a clear timeline of what happens after you place your order for a pre-order item.
Pre-Order Timeline
Step 1: Order Placed
You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout.
Step 2: Production Phase (4–6 Weeks)
Your item goes into production. Each piece is carefully made to ensure the highest quality.
Step 3: Inventory Arrives
Once we receive inventory from our manufacturers, our team immediately begins packing orders in the order they were placed.
Step 4: Quality Check
Before shipping, every product is inspected to make sure it meets our standards.
Step 5: Shipping & Tracking
Orders are shipped out. A tracking number will be sent via email once the carrier scans your package.
Step 6: Delivery
Your package arrives at your door. Enjoy your new piece.
Important Notes
- Production Time: Carrier shipping times shown at checkout do not include production time.
- Updates: We’ll post progress updates on Instagram and send email notifications as your order moves through the process.
- Defective Items: If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
- Patience Appreciated: Pre-orders take time, but it’s worth the wait for a product made with care.
