1. When will my order ship?
Most of our items are produced on a pre-order basis. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks, followed by standard carrier shipping times. We’ll keep you updated through email and Instagram.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an official email notification with a tracking number. Please note that the tracking will only update once the carrier has scanned the package.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, production may already be underway. Please contact us via email or live chat for assistance.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, but only for defective products. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect. We will arrange an exchange or refund depending on availability.
5. What if my item arrives damaged?
We take quality seriously, but if your order arrives damaged, please reach out immediately with photos. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. Customs fees may apply depending on your location.
